Open a New Ticket

  1. Log in to our customer portal at https://cp.servercow.de using your login credentials: Login page cp.servercow.de with dummy data pre-filled

  2. Scroll down the page and click the Open Ticket button: Servercow customer portal, highlighting the Open Ticket button

  3. Now select a ticket category from the options provided by us: Servercow customer portal, overview of ticket topics

  4. Now write your ticket to us with the following content:

    1. Subject/Concern
    2. The priority as you assess it
    3. Details of your concern, e.g., error descriptions, etc.
    4. (Optional) Upload an attachment
    5. Finally, submit the ticket

Note

We strive to process your concerns as quickly as possible. However, we reserve the right to reassess the priority you set for the ticket and, depending on workload, prioritize it differently.
