Request Auth Code for Transfer

If you decide to transfer your domain away from us, a Auth-Code is necessary, which the new domain provider needs for the transfer.

How do I get an auth code for my domain?

You can get an auth code by writing us a ticket in the ticket system. Please tell us in this ticket the domain(s) for which you want to get an Auth-Code. We will then mark your domain(s) for cancellation and deactivate the automatic renewal at our registrar.

Please note

Please request your Auth-Code in time (at least 2 weeks before renewal of the domain(s) at us), otherwise we have to charge you for the complete term in invoice!
