Policies for Mass Emailing

Please refer to our external guide:
Legally Compliant Email Marketing – e-recht24.de

The sending of emails as part of marketing campaigns or newsletters is subject to strict legal regulations. In particular, consent must be obtained and documented in accordance with GDPR. Unsolicited or unlawfully conducted mass mailings can lead to warnings and fines.

Technical and Contractual Limitation

By default, sending emails to a maximum of 25 external recipients per email is allowed. This limit is in place to protect the server infrastructure as well as the reputation of the shared mail servers with external services such as Gmail, Outlook.com, and other major providers.

Sending beyond this limit constitutes mass mailing and is not permitted without prior approval.

Requesting Mass Mailing Access

If your email content complies with legal requirements and you can demonstrate lawful practices, we can enable one or more user accounts for mass email sending upon request.

Please ensure that your content meets the criteria outlined in the guide linked above. After reviewing your request, a decision will be made regarding whether and to what extent approval can be granted.

Caution

Unannounced or unauthorized mass mailings may result in the immediate suspension of your email access. This is done to protect all customers from potential blocks on the recipient side and to uphold our technical guidelines.

For inquiries or to request mass mailing access, please open a ticket in our customer portal (see Open a New Ticket).
