Reset Web Hosting Administrator Password

If you cannot remember your login credentials for the web hosting portal, you can easily reset them:

1. Open the login page of the web server assigned to you (details can be found in the Servercow customer portal or in the welcome email).
2. Click on Forgot password?.
3. Enter either the email address associated with your Plesk user account (usually the email address registered as the primary contact in your Servercow account when purchasing the service) or your Plesk username.
4. You will receive an email from the web server allowing you to set a new password for your web hosting admin account.
